CCPAC typically focuses on providing Chinese Canadians with support, resources, and services. CCPAC frequently hosts seminars, workshops, information sessions on how the provincial, municipal governments work, where and how to access information such as benefits, healthcare, legal resources, employment for Chinese Canadians. CCPAC also assisted Chinese Canadians with legal services and assistance with immigration-related issues, as well as offering advice about health care access, housing and other community services. CCPAC also supported some Chinese Canadians who are victims of workplace discrimination, anti-Asian hate during COVID and provided education about the issues facing Chinese Canadians. CCPAC also organized townhall meeting with various MPPs in a non political context, ask them to explain to Chinese Canadians on how to navigate various levels of branches within the provincial government, available provincial benefit programs for low income Chinese families.
